Highland Cattle
Want to see the fluffy cows again? Meet our friendly Highland cattle and browse exclusive merchandise at ANFD 2026. Join daily educational talks with local breeders covering breed characteristics, colors, grooming, and halter-led training.
Heavy Horses
The heavy draught horse demonstration will showcase the strength, skill and history of these magnificent working horses, providing a wonderful link between traditional farming and today’s highly mechanised agricultural industry.
Live Reptiles
For those who like something a little more unusual, visitors can get up close to live reptiles, including snakes, crocodiles and lizards, in an educational and entertaining presentation. 4 shows a day. With time slots being 10am, 11:30am, 1pm, and 2:30pm.
Giant Bouncing Kangaroos
And for something completely unexpected, the Field Days will feature large bouncing kangaroos – guaranteed to surprise visitors and provide plenty of entertainment for the whole family. Look out for them on site at 10.30am, 12.30pm and 2pm
