All-Access Exhibitor Pass
As part of your exhibitor booking, you’ll receive four All-Access Exhibitor Passes*, which allow full pedestrian access to the ANFD site, with free exhibitor parking available in the Red Carpark.
All bookings include a Vehicle Pass^, allowing you to park within your exhibitor site boundary (pass must be displayed at all times). Vehicles are also allowed on site during display hours when properly credentialed.
*General Interest exhibitors receive two passes, but extra passes are available to all exhibitors for only $18 each. ^With the exception of Trevor Elliot Pavilion exhibitors.
Important Information
Can I move my vehicle during the Field days?
For the safety of ANFD visitors, vehicle movements are permitted only before 10.00 am on Thursday, before 8.30 am on Friday and Saturday, and after 5.00 pm on all three days.
What Banking Services are available at the Field Days?
There are no banking services on site, however all major banks can be found within the Orange CBD. ATM and credit card facilities are available for visitors at ANFD Office at Site J1.
Do you have cranes and forklifts onsite?
We sure do! Forklifts are available at no charge. Cranes will also be available from Orange and may be charged to the exhibitor. Mobile tagging on site at Exhibitors cost.
Are exhibitor sites powered?
Most outdoor sites have 240v power available and there are a limited number of 415v (3 phase) outlets. The cost for electricity is included in the site fee. Exhibitors are responsible for reticulation within their site and all exposed leads must have a current Inspection Certificate. All leads must be tagged. Mobile tagging is available on site.
Do we need to organise insurance?
Exhibitors must have Public Liability Insurance of a minimum of 10 million dollars to attend ANFD. Details of this insurance must be noted on the Ground Space Contract. Proof of Public Liability must be forwarded to the Office before setup.
How strong is the internet connection at ANFD?
Unfortunately, broadband connection cannot be guaranteed at the site.
Can I bring livestock to ANFD?
Absolutely! Registered breeders of commercial rural livestock and breed societies are invited to display livestock. Livestock must be accompanied by an NVD Statement and must comply with ANFD Livestock Exhibit Conditions.
Sheep can be hired from ANFD for use in demonstrating sheep handling equipment etc. ANFD is the sole supplier of sheep and they can be hired at $3.00/sheep/day. ANFD cannot provide panels unless otherwise stated.
When does my display/ stand need to be set up
Sites must be completely setup by 6pm on Wednesday 22 October.
Do we need to consider power/ water lines?
Yes please! Extensive underground power and water lines exist throughout the site. Please seek permission before digging or driving posts into the ground. Any damage to these lines will be repaired at the exhibitor’s cost.
I'd like a specific site. Can I have it?
You may request a particular site/s and if not retained by another exhibitor we will attempt to meet your request.
What safety percautions do we need to take onsite?
Please ensure that all displays and demonstrations are carried out in a safe manner. The ANFD committee and representatives of Work Cover NSW will monitor all displays and exhibitors are asked to comply with the requirements of these officials regarding the safety of their displays and demonstrations. All exhibitors must submit a Site Safety Plan as a condition of exhibiting.
When can I acess the site?
Exhibitors can access the site for setup from Monday 20 October 2025 at 7.30am to 6pm.
Access to site during event:
- Thursday, 23rd: 6.00AM – 8.30AM
- Friday, 24th: 7.00AM – 8.30AM
- Saturday, 25th: 7.00AM – 8.30AM
What is ANFD's policy on site sharing?
Exhibitors are not allowed to share their site (piggy-back) with another exhibitor without the written permission of the ANFD Committee. Such permission will not be given unless the ANFD Committee is satisfied there exists a genuine agent or distributor association between the parties concerned. The ANFD Committee reserves the right to refuse exhibition space or charge at least the minimum site rental if it considers there is a breach of this policy.
Will security be onsite?
ANFD employs licensed security guards to protect the venue, our exhibitors, and our visitors. With that in mind, please note there is no camping available on site.
